"Food: 7/10 Service: 1/10 I want to mention first that there was only one young gentleman that treated us nicely. He answered our questions and had a positive attitude against all customers. And if you’re reading this (young gentleman), me and my family think you deserve a better working enviroment than this. Now with that said the other staff had a really negative attitude, you got a nice greeting at the door but after that all the other staff looked like they didn’t want to be there at all. The girl at the counter was rude when I paid for my meal and super negative looks and short stubborn answers to my questions. Food was alright, hamburger didn’t taste that much but the fries were excellent."

"Cozy place with yummy patisserie And Bingsu for Summer! To be honest I couldn’t try any of the cakes… I was already too full after lunch… Mango Bingsu was very nice though"

"This restaurant has amazing vegan pizza and gnocchis! they also serve vegan poached eggs that I have not yet tried and hummus dishes etc. very nice place, friendly staff and really good eating!"

"The passion fruit kombucha had a beautiful balance of fruity and tangy aromas. The burger also had some nice flavors, but I wish it came with a side salad or some chips/cracks. But the falafel Patty was very crispy. I had to wait a long time for the food and combucha to arrive. I believe they prepared a great deal of delivery, but this could have been communicated when I made the order. Updated by previous review on 2022-10-03"

"Nice place. the location is a bit tricky. it is fucked in the corner behind the main entrance of emart. the smoothie tastes like sweet avocado lol a try tho worth. the vegan burrito is okay. came with a few jalapeños. I needed the apron."

"I decided for a little Tiramisu Cake, but all flavors looked good, it was hard to decide. The cake was really good, but the lower part was really hard and not easy to eat, that's why it was only a 4/5 for me. The interior was clean, but nice, and the service very friendly. Definitely would recommend."

"This is a tiny place where they are trying to make an affordable simple food hideaway for people. Some sandwiches (1 always vegan), vegan soup, some nice fresh pressed juices and a few desserts and coffee (w/soy milk). Feels like you crashed somebodys small studio apartment party. There is even a bed converted into seating I ordered the avocado sandwich. It feels like imagined getting a sandwich at a sisters house would be, if I had a sister. Simple, healthy and tasty. They are not pretending to be chefs. Just nice people making a nice simple lunch. I like it. Will be back to try soup."

"We fell in love with Root on our first visit and have since returned many times. Vegan/vegetarian food is hard to stumble upon in Seoul and Root's Brown Bowl was exactly what we had been craving. Super fresh food and amazing service from the friendly staff. Great juices too!"
