I love eating fermented and fermenting is up there with some of the best I had. the kombucha was mild and tangy, not too sweet. the fermented mushroom paste was filled with taste, but felt not difficult. The passion fruit kombucha had a beautiful balance of fruity and tangy aromas. The burger also had some nice flavors, but I wish it came with a side salad or some chips/cracks. But the falafel Patty was very crispy. I had to wait a long time for the food and combucha to arrive.
