"This has to be the slowest least efficient Polo Loco I've visited. It took 25 minutes from the time I ordered till the time I actually had my food in hand. Another customer pointed out that his order was on the counter and that it had been sitting there for over 10 minutes, the worker who was bagging up the orders then got rude with that customer. It's a little more than fast food I agree but still it is definitely not that hard. The look on all the customers face waiting for their food said it all. If this is a franchise the owner needs to definitely make some serious changes if not, Polo Loco corporate needs to re access procedures."

"The food is pretty good but don’t go here unless you want to wait at least an hour and a half for food and then it still comes out slowly. Also the service is sub-par and sake is served Luke warm. They need more cooks in the kitchen or something! Second time we’ve tried but I can’t say we’ll be back."

"We love the sushi at Kibo. Mali is amazing and has created an array of gluten-free deliciousness that blows away anything anyone else has to offer. The GF garlic edamame has just the right amount of kick making it my new obsession, and the Where 's Waldo roll is excellent. We sat outside in the enclosure with the heat lamps and our dog who had tempura shrimp . When I asked her how many stars, she said all of them. She can 't count, but she 's a very smart dog."
