"Incredible food very clean and everyone is helpful around here and man the food got flavor I got egg omelet very good and well done not over burn or under cook just perfect. I’m so impressed I had to take my time to make this review! I will come back again but this time with my whole family."

"I’m in love! me and my family were in Waco and we were looking for a dinner place when we came across this place. When we came in they immediately greeted us and took our order, the food took a bit longer than we thought but that is expected since they were low staffed. When we got our food it was great my whole family got the bowls and everybody loved it, my one complaint is that they did not put enough sauce on our food but I believe that is most likely because they were quite busy. After we ordered the rolled ice cream for dessert and sat outside for that and it was amazing! Next time we are down here in Waco we are definitely coming back!: Lauren ;"

"Yesterday, we went to the table in Chuy's bar. No one came. I asked a young waitress named Sarah if she knew who was our wait person. She checked; the person was late so Sarah just picked us up and did a great job serving. She didn't roll an eye, didn't act like it was a big deal. What a sweetheart! Gracious, polite, and friendly. P.S. the food was great, too!"

"I have visited Don Carlos a few times in the past, like 7 years ago. I came back a couple of weeks and found out it wasn't anything special, just like in the past. Their prices seem to haves jumped up, and they took forever to bring our food out, the server was attentive but kept apologizing for the food not coming out. Our family parrillada didn't taste all that good, tastes like it was cooked with burnt oil, their hot sauce is not spicy at all. It will probably take me another 7 years to give this place a try again."

"Found this place on Google maps just looking for somewhere fairly healthy. When we drove up saw it was in a tiny little strip center we wondered if it would be good. But, you never know- sometimes a little dive can be great. Well this place isdefinitely worth a try! Friendly staff- EXCELLENT food although the furnishings are simple it 's clean, comfortable andpleasant. I will definitely come here again when in Waco!"
