What User likes about Las Trancas:
Great Quesadillas and super nice staff. I usually get the Quesadillas, but Keto started again and asked them to make me a little Low Carb. I have a salad full of meat, tomatoes, avocado and onions. Uses the green and red sauce with acid cream instead of ranch and it was amazing! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Las Trancas:
Used to be one of the best taco trucks around. Quality and service has dramatically reduced. Although there's a number on the side of the truck, I've never been able to place an order that way (probably because they're at busy). If you want salsa Verde, you'll have to ask. It's still my favorite taco stand. Everything is good here, so go give it a try.
Don't get me wrong... best drunk food in Waco Get the quesodullas.Burritos they put a $hitty paste together for the meat.
