"We had lunch in the sunshine on the patio of the Riverside Café on May 5th. The service was good and the food was delicious. I had a toasted tuna sandwich and my husband had their turkey club and we both had a bowl of...their roasted red pepper and coconut soup. The sandwiches were full and fresh and the soup was very tasty. Total cost was $23. The only downside of the location is that the patio faces the parking lot. However, if you can look above that, you see the beautiful snow-capped mountain peaks and surrounding forest, so it was still pretty. On the other side of the parking lot is the river and a walkway alongside, if you wish to go for a stroll. Would definitely go back."

"We shared the Tuscan salad, which was the highlight of our evening meal. My husband had the pasta with mussels, I had the gnocchi with prosciutto. My entree was a little salty and average.Next door to a pub with blaring musicWe skipped dessert and headed back to our room."

"How people can give this place five stars is beyond my imagination. Three? A bit of a stretch, but I can see it. Four? A LOT of a stretch, but well, to each his own. But five, no, please. Place is ugly, people are nice, price is ok, food is awful. Sushi and rolls are supermarket quality at best, sashimi is meh. That's two star to me. Cheap, but as per the title, you get what you pay for."

"I had a breakfast panini and a raw Nanaimo bar. The panini was a bit too small (and took looong to prepare), the Nanaimo bar was awesome! The staff were very nice. The place was freezingly cold though."

"Serving bar food and a large selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, the FireRock was a great place to stop after coming down the slopes. On occasion we had a light snack for lunch in between runs. A great selection of drinks and the food was always of high quality."

"Being annual visitors to Whistler we have made a visit to The Brickworks for the last three years. We have always enjoyed the atmosphere food and drink selection but they have really stepped up this year! The food was amazing, the addition of more gastro style dishes was ace! I especially linked the bone in pork loin! Balanced menu with lots of non meat options made it perfect for the non carnivores in our group. The staff make this place extra relaxed with great non intrusive service, special shout out to Kim, Nerissa and Bram! Get in there if you hit whistler!"
