"Très bonne adresse. Plats éthiopiens : je découvrais. Cela ressemble beaucoup à de la cuisine indienne : viandes cuites à base de massalé, grains concassés... C'était excellent. Le tout se mange dans un grand plat partagé par la tablée, et à la main. Attention la salle est minuscule et très chargée en table (surtout de 2) : il faut arriver tôt pour apprécier un peu de calme avant le rush :)Les boissons ne sont pas au top : vins bien trop chers et pas de boisson typique."

"My friend and I found this place while using the app TheFork/LaFourchette to search for somewhere to have lunch near Place de la République. The app promised a 20% discount and, as neither of us had tried Ethiopian food before, we were intrigued and so...made a reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant and were handed a €13 lunch menu, which was promptly whisked away when our server realised we'd booked through TheFork. We were handed the restaurant's main menu instead, which was considerably more expensive, and told that we would receive €2 off our food rather than the advertised 20%. After some negotiation, it was agreed that we could order from the lunch menu, which allowed for a starter and main, or a main and dessert, followed by tea or coffee. We ordered one each of the two starters on offer, azifa (a lentil-based dish) and keyet salata (salad), followed by key wot (beef stew) and dorow key wot (chicken stew with egg). I believe there were four or five main courses to choose from and three desserts. The food was all fresh and amazingly tasty; the seasoning seemed unusual and delicious. Although the portions were not especially generous, they were perfectly adequate for lunch and we felt the meal was very good value for money. Other than the initial confusion with the menus, the service was very good and friendly. There was just one lady working, doing both the cooking and serving, during our visit. We were the only diners in the restaurant at the time, so the atmosphere was very relaxed."
