"This is a two part review. One review is for Renee. Excellent customer service!! Friendly, engaging and seems as if she enjoys her job. That was so awesome! She gets 5 stars all the way!!Second review is for the restaurant. The board had one price for a sandwich but when it rang up the price was totally different. I asked why the difference and the cashier (not Renee) said it was another price. You'd think she would apologize and give me the price that is listed but nope. She just said it's this much now and that's it. Terrible. I just cancelled the order. The wait time inside was long, and almost always is. This is not the place to go when you are crunched for time. The food was hot but I went back last week and the price for the sandwich is still the same, not changed. Sigh. Terrible BK. Please list the accurate prices for your food. Another time I visited and a worker was outside talking very loud and using plenty of profane language! Listen, if you are going to cuss somebody out, go into your car. Wait until you get home, etc. Do not do it right outside the door, the most popular entrance where guests enter. Wow. It was a very vulgar conversation and very personal. Not cool and very unprofessional. Then she came back in telling co workers about her conversation, as if they didn't hear it. I mean I don't know how they could not. Anyway, this is just my honest review. I love the grilled burgers and onion rings, but I decided it's time for me to chill with my fast food excursions and cook more at home.Renee is cool though! They need to find more like her."

"Very friendly service both man and AI! The system uses a good AI to take your order that works very well and I had some fun to check it's grip of grammar and double negatives that perfectly treat it. I asked about the chicken sandwiches and asked if there's no bacon on it, right? If I asked, is that a bacon? Unfortunately, the shake and smoothie machine was broken so I could not get a strawberry shake or a mango smoothie. The AI didn't know the machine was down. And the person working there had no easy way to inform the AI. The lady referred to the AI I don't know why she sold it! what I thought was pretty sweet. She works with this female voice AI every day, so it seems like an employee. Interesting to see that we are already living in a world where people and AI work together. But the lady was super friendly and real, and I was glad to see a person take care of the order with such a great personality. The AI has a long way to go (no personality), but it is still very functional and takes away a lot of repeated interactions of the order and get the details right. The food was hot, crispy and delicious. Hopefully, they can invest a little more research to improve the reliability of the smoothie machine. If they can invent a robot to keep the machine clean and run well, then they will be unstoppable. Look forward to a future where the smoothies and shakes are always available. They would think they would make them more reliable. But I'm sure they're working on it."

"I decided to come here for breakfast because everything else in the area is outrageously priced for eggs. We ordered the sausage breakfast sandwich and was thrilled that it wasn?t a tiny little sausage patty. We liked it so much we ended up ordered the turkey sandwich for lunch on the beach. I decided to get mine without the French fries, but I like their take on old school NY style sandwiches. Hospitality was great and they gave off a family feeling. Definitely a plus for being open 24 hours and being VERY well priced, but a negative for being cash only."

"I love coming to the Ale House. They have great daily specials and surprisingly some of the best dry rub lemon pepper wings. Nachos can feed an entire family. There are TV’s everywhere so it’s the perfect place to watch the game. On any given holiday it gets super packed but well worth the wait. Only thing I question is the funky smell as soon as you walk in but one can get over it after a couple minutes."
