"Ice tea was great. Waitress was OK. Food was overpriced and ranged from marginally adequate to down right disgusting. Friend had the fish tacos which were tough and chew. The wifes crab cakes tasted fishy like it had spoiled. I spoked to the waitress. She did not offer to make it right. Live and learn. Too rich for my blood."

"In town on vacation and was looking for a place for a quick dinner. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was good. This was my first Carolina BBQ experience so the vinegar taste to it was different but it was enjoyable. The fries tasted like they had beensitting under a heating lamp all day but they got the job done. My rating is 4.5/5 stars."

"It's not very often I'm excited to write a review....Crafty Cow hit it out of the park tonight and has become one of my new favorite restaurants in Corolla. Large fresh ingredients and well prepared and cooked. I ordered the Jalapeno Popper Burger and it was delicious. Fries are freshly cut and then crushed and fried, again great fresh tasting food. Onion rings past the bite test and fried pickles were on!!!! Local Craft Beer and local ice bars are an additional bonus If you are North of Southern Shores, you will not find a better burger. We will beat arts on the way out of town for a burger, but you can guarantee that we will eat again and again in the Crafty Cow while we are here and will go to spot every summer and stay in Corolla."

"Lighthouse Bagels has the best bagels on the east coast. Wide selection of bagels and sandwiches (vegan options too). Staff is always on their game and super friendly. The coffee cake is really good. They serve coffee from The Kind Cup which is an added bonus. This is the only place you need to go in Corolla for breakfast. Arrive early to avoid a long wait."

"This place was okay. Our party of 9 was sitting relatively fast and appetizers came quite fast as well as options available for vegetarians. However, our entrees needed a very long time to get out, and our server did not give any updates when we get our food, as it seemed quite distracted by some of its female employees. Even though we were sitting at 730, we got our entrees by 9:00. Most of us ordered the fish of the day that cost us $32 each and it was quite overwhelming. Fish cuts were tiny, some of the rice was boiled, and the part was very small. We were ready at 9:10. Maybe smaller parties have more success, but I personally would not recommend this place."

"Great service. Good beer selection and clean. Food was exactly what we needed after a long drive from West Virginia. Burgers are thick, juicy and loaded with toppings and bacon. Solid portions. The Chili Cheese Fries put me in a food coma. Prices can’t be beat for a place like Corolla. Recommend and definitely will return."
