"Food was fantastic! French onion soup great, amazing mushroom risotto, duck was excellent. Problem was an inattentive and frankly kinda disrespectful server, who took almost 30min after we were seated to introduce us to anything besides water. We’re industry so we get that mistakes happen but then our meal was poorly coursed (maybe 15min between apps and entrees), another server had to help out with bussing in between, and then at the very end our check and to go box were handed to us while looking away from us. On top of that the check had a weird thing going on that another review mentioned; the recommended tips are arranged 22%, 20%, then 25%. Just lol. Sad that a great tasty dinner and wine experience got ruined by the service. Would like to come back, but we’ll wait a few months and let some FOH improvement take place first."

"Super cozy NY diner like something out of a movie. My husband and I came here almost every morning while in NY. <br/ <br/ The service we received was excellent, but you can’t really take my word on that. My husband and I can’t seem to find rude service anywhere we eat in the world so we figure we reap what we sow. People just seem to bend over backwards to please us.<br/ <br/ The portions here are huge. We had tried the breakfast platters with sausages not realizing the sausages would be so huge and there would be such a mountain of hash-browns. Everything tasted great. <br/ <br/ About the best thing I tried was the egg salad sandwich. It, of course, was humongous and I loved that it came very neatly wrapped in wax paper to keep your hands clean. It was so tasty and so fresh, like your grandma just made it. So, so good.<br/ <br/ When back in NY I wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"The MOA hotel is a bit run down, not very fancy, but the food speaks for itself. The staff was great and one thing that really stood out was their general knowledge of the menu. The service was quick and attentive. Pasta was cooked perfectly; The sauce was better than expected and the salad was fresh with a mixed selection of vegetables ... I would go back! FYI /// Skip the bruschetta, not very well !!! It is made with grilled bread (not Gallic) cold grilled onion and sausage or cheese ..."
