"Welcomed at the door to be seated.. very friendly staff...Coffee was hot not burning hot and strong not warm week Coffee Arrived for lunch we choose the Caesar salad and the Pastrami Tart. was the best Caesar I have had and the Tart was amazing we going back for breakfast tomorrow...Well done"

"Average scones, too cool for me but with lashings of fresh, thick cream. I DID NOT LIKE sitting on a low milk crate and cushion near a tiny table, which was then TOO HIGH, to be fussy with scones. (4 scones and one plate for 2 people). The cafe only had 6 chairs. My biggest dislike was being given (the customary tea in a tea pot) IN A PLASTIC CUP! Quite uncouth.There were only 6 hot savory items; 1 toasted sandwich, 2 types of nachos and 4 types of bagels.It is dog friendly, only has outdoor chairs and is not expensive."
