"I went here on the weekend expecting a good breakfast given the ratings but was left pretty disappointed. The chai latte was good but the food was far below average. I got the New Yorker bagel. The bagel itself was obviously store bought, didn't taste like a proper bagel at all and was super tough. The hash brown was also obviously store bought. There was so much barbecue sauce that it was basically all I could taste and the white on my egg was quite undercooked. The side of truffle fries I ordered with it were okay but I'm not sure why they were listed as truffle fries as I couldn't taste a hint of truffle. Don't think I would waste my money here again."

"Only got a coffee this time but will be back for their bagels. They looks great! So many varieties to choose from. Looks like they get a lot of return customers. Friendly customer service and lovely cheap coffee. for a large and it tasted great. Will be back."

"I had a quick look at the reviews, and I see people complain that this place is packed. Of course it is? That's what happens with popular places. Food is cheap, drinks are much cheaper than bars/clubs, it's a cosy environment. Cosy because they try their best to accomodate more people so that people have a chance to be seated and enjoy the cheap goodies! Rock on!"
