"The gelato here is spectacular, you wont find better ice cream in this city. The coffee is also great, you really can't go wrong here. The only downside really is the desire to spend all my money here."

"Visited Halifax recently & had breakfast every morning at this quaint mom & pop diner. Excellent breakfast - excellent value. It's certainly where all the locals go & I can understand why. Great find."

"We had read about Steve-O-Renos Huevos Rancheros which is a featured item on their online menu and their good reviews on Trip Advisor. So we made a special trip this Sunday to try them. We were told they no longer have them yet it is...still listed online. Their website has not been updated since so the prices are considerably higher, as well. I realize that keeping websites fresh and updated takes some attention but this was disappointing. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were good but nothing extraordinary. Service was friendly but when it gets busy it can be crowded and uncomfortable."

"Love it here, when ever I go to Halifax I have to stop for my pound of muscles and my 2 piece fish and chips. Tried the salmon before and it's unreal. One of my Favorite spots in Halifax!!"

"I went there to pick something up on my way home from work and waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before I finally just ended up leaving the drive thru and and going to another restaurant. What makes it worse is that I was behind the only other car that was there and they drove up to the window to pay for and get there order and that, I guess, is what was taking so long. Doesn't make any sense to me."

"There 's nothing like a good bagel and cream cheese, but generally I prefer whole grain breads and low-fat spreads. They do have a whole wheat bagel option, although I 've had better whole grain bagels elsewhere. Their regular bagels (yes, tried those too... are very good and baked fresh on location, which of course you can 't beat (especially if you get them hot out of the oven . I was disappointed that they didn 't have any low-fat cream cheese options though..."

"Tried Riverside for burger week! I got the burger bash burger with a side salad and my partner got the spicy burger. Our server Jay was extremely friendly. Some of the best customer service we've had out in a long time. My garden salad was delicious, really enjoyed how finely diced the veggies were. Prices were great. Would come back here."
