"We stopped here today after a friend recommended it, mentioning they have the BEST NY/NJ style (where we're originally from) breakfast and lunch in Charleston. We both got lunch sandwiches and they were nothing short of incredible!! I highly recommend this place! So, so good with reasonable pricing. I'll definitely be back to try their breakfast sandwiches too!"

"The person at the cashier was high out of her mind or something that she took ages to figure out how to use her cashier and kept getting distracted by another coworker. When my friend placed her order she seemed like she didn't even know what was going on. The food was terrible. I've been going to Panera for years and I guess because of inflation it means that the price goes up and so the quality of food has gone down. Cream of chicken and wild rice had no cream to it and was just broth. It also had an off putting taste. Cheddar Broccoli noodles looked more like soup that actual noodles. The location was so much better when they were by kohls. The fact that my meal alone for a you pick two was almost 30 dollars. Like absolute trash. The food was worse than the hospital food that I eat at work. Do better Panera. Definitely never going back after being loyal for years."

"Today we waited 15 minutes to be served as we were sat outside. As we are waiting the waitress was running back and forth with tables next us not even acknowledging us. I got up and told the waitress that we haven’t even gotten our waters yet and she said she would remind her. Waited and she walked past us not once, not twice but three times before I just got up and left. Between the time we sat down and the time we left I noticed the waiter was having a hard time handling all the other tables. Some people had to even chase her down to get water or pay their bill. Management needs to do better and either 1. Put another waiter outside to help or 2. Put a more experienced waiter out there."
