"Homestead has always been my favorite coffee place in Dorchester. The restaurant is very cozy, tables and chairs are very clean. They have good variety of Healthy options like sandwiches. The only thing I want to add is that I wish the store opened til 5 or 6."

"I always hear that and what I always say to others: you pay for the view. Apart from the price, the food is decent here. I came to dinner a few years ago, and I don't even remember what I had, which means it wasn't impressive... how ever. But I came to lunch on Saturday and the difference was extremely remarkable. I ordered the Cobb salad that was huge. I shared it with my date and even then we couldn't finish it. We also ordered the lobster risotto, which had beautiful lobster pieces in it, as well as a lobster tail. The Risotto had an incredible creamy taste and was seasoned for perfection. We also ordered sweet Chili Calamari, which was only regular Calamari with a beautiful Thai turn to him. I'm not sure I'm coming here with my friends, but I'd get out of town for the experience."
