"For time the cotswolds visited this weekning to my birthday and was recommended to huffkins for afternoon tea. it was not disappointing- fantastic eating, and really welcoming and friendly! sarah the manager was really nice to chat and went out of her way to give us excellent service! "What an amazing find, in the heart of Moreton the Marshmallow offers traditional afternoon tea with beautiful cakes. There 's not a tea bag in sight! I can 't remember the last time I was offered 'proper ' tea with an individual tea strainer per cup and the taste of the tea was divine I can definitely recommend the warm chocolate brownie with clotted cream heavenly Will definitely return after lockdown xxx"

"On a very busy Sunday in Bibury (when is it not busy right?! we popped into The Catherine Wheel without a booking, hopeful that they might have room for us. The staff were eager to help and we were promptly seated and served an absolutely delicious Sunday roast (I had pork and my wife had beef . They had a good selection of beers on tap, a great beer garden and dog friendly too! All of the staff were charming, attentive and genuinely seemed happy to be there. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish, I can highly recommend The Catherine Wheel and would definitely go back again."

"Came for a night away between Christmas New Year, stayed in a double room with my partner, lovely room, a good size bathroom with huge bath separate shower, excellent breakfast in the morning, lots of choice, we were overlooking the back of the hotel, carpark at the back, very tight so get there early for a space, my only issue with this room was the light in the bathroom, very dark, impossible to put make up or even for my partner to shave."

"Great lunch option in Bourton on the Water. We all went for a toastie and it did not disappoint fully filled in a sour dough bread. I also got the king of all hot chocolates with all the usual and a chocolate flake to finish. Great service from the staff in a lovely atmosphere."
