"I got buns, croissants , a baguette, a few donuts and cinnamon rolls. Cinnamon rolls were disgusting. They tasted like floor cleaner. Everything else was mediocre at best. I don't understand how this place is so highly rated. Highly over rated seems to be more appropriate. I won't bother going back with so many other stores that do the same thing but better. I had also heard that staff can be very rude here and I dealt with one staff member who was extremely rude but some staff were also very nice."

"So delightfully surprised on how fresh, and portioned everything was for each Bahn Mi!We knew the second we walked in that things were going to be good. The counter was lain I’m ready to go Bahn Mi Buns. An assortment of Viet snacks, goodies and ingredients. The best part? Hardly in English. That’s when you know you’ve hit a good spot.Our order included the Assorted, Chicken Roti, Meatball, BBQ Pork, and the Vietnamese Sausage. All ingredients were fresh with generous portions, and the bun itself was so fluffy and flaky. It was like it was toasted to perfection. Insane!The best part of all is that $5 sandwich price tag and to think we were going to go to our usual spot instead.Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed."

Venturing into the realm of bao, I decided on two distinct flavors the Chicken Katsu Bao and the 5 Spice Belly Bao, both of which set a new benchmark for what I consider phenomenal in the world of casual dining.The Baos: Starting with the Chicken Katsu Bao, the Japanese style fried chicken was a revelation. Encased in a pillowy bao bun, the chicken was impeccably crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy within. The garlic mayo, lettuce, tonkatsu sauce, green onion, and togarashi flakes melded together to create a symphony of flavors, each bite surpassing the last in delight.Equally impressive was the 5 Spice Belly Bao.
