"Came across Madame Clarke's by chance and the four of us enjoyed a warm welcome, excellent service and delicious food. One of us required it to be gluten free and had a wide choice including biscuits with his tea which he'd never been offered before! Can't recommend it highly enough as it is also great value for money. Thank you."

"Beautiful Sunday roast of turkey, arrived within minutes very fast service. Pudding of Chocolate Fudge cake with cream was really tasty. First time visiting here and will definitely be back again. Lovely pub and busy."

"Having spent my Uni years in Wolverhampton and now living in Leeds, the gorgeous food at the pork joint occasionally has me thinking of making the 3 hour train journey back there...and just for the food! I don't know what it is about this particular place but I'm surprised this little known takeaway is not expanding to other cities. On the outside it doesn't look like much, maybe this is the problem. At first I thought it was a butcher's until a late night after a few drinks. Their generous white baps spread with stuffing that isn't too moist or too dry, topped with tender pork and scrumptious gravy. Nothing from a takeaway has ever tasted so good. The décor isn't much, but really who cares when the food is this good? There are a few seats but this is mainly takeaway and not to eat in. If you like meat and are even close to Wolverhampton I highly recommend The Pork Joint. I'd also advise to check their website for opening hours as they do not have your normal opening times day to day."

"I have recently begun to go into the new pfund bakery in cannock and for £2,50 I get two hash browns a sausage, egg and cheese muffin plus a cup tee. eating is great and so much better, then gregg’s I have stopped going for my breakfast there, as here is so much better. the personal is friendly and smiling also:D"

"Bargain place for tee or coffee, together with a sandwich or muffin. very good value and very popular among people who can use the bus for free after 09.30 clock it is temporarily closed during the lockdown to the new year and now seems sadly permanently closed."
