"I've visited twice for a meal and a surprise party and had a lovely experience both times. Staff were great, drinks were reasonable, food was tasty and a nice upmarket atmosphere! Oh and they have gluten free beer too which is a plus for the celiacs among us! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"The swan is a nice cuddly gastropub and the staff is always friendly. the problem is their portion control makes this bad price-performance ratio. the meat plate for 2 was just enough as a meal for 1 and the personal recognized the problem and removed the £17 from the bill. the most important cursor sizes were also economical with a minute of mushroom and tomaten accompanied the steak. fortunately the rib eye was excellent, that went one way to make it!"

"Although sitting in a plum area on the river and a stone's throw from the RSC, this place was a good value for money. More importantly, the vegan menu offers many possibilities. I'm sorry, I can't remember what was still on offer, apart from a lush salad, but I went with a flat bread in a delicious red onion Chutney and then covered with eggplants and oyster mushrooms and dressed with rocket. There was a selection of chips or salads that were also freshly prepared. The staff was friendly and the place has a lot of charm. I would definitely recommend and will return."

"Amazing venue, great staff and the food was to DIE for. Our second visit as a group and the time I’ve been there! will be booking a reunion for our cousin brunch shortly.Fantastic ambience even if we were the noisiest in the pub, the neighbours to our table were understanding and the staff ensured we had a great time"

"Went here with wife and kids for wife’s birthday and had a lovely meal. Food was excellent good choice available and service was excellent (Molly). Nice selection of wines available and not too pricey. I opelted for the Malbec which was great with my rib eye steak. Good atmosphere in the restaurant."

"Had recently had a nice lunch. we shared the tempoura mushrooms to begin. very easy to break. I had steak sandwich and my partner had lobster sandwich. both enjoyed our head. it is a beautiful pub with a beautiful quiet atmosphere"
