"It was dismaying that on a recent visit to Shiraz my first and last the establishment presented us with an intentionally misleading bill, devised to confuse patrons into paying double tip. This restaurant automatically charges an 18 service fee on the bill we were a party of 3 . This usually would not be that big of a deal, save that our waitress could not have seemed less interested in our party. She forgot to put in one diner's meal, only noticing when she brought everyone else's entree. She didn't even apologize for this. Later, we would have ordered desert but we couldn't get her attention even though we were the only diners in the restaurant. When the bill came, we noted the 18 fee and gave the waitress 2 credit cards to split the bill. When our receipts came back to sign they read Pre tip total with a line. Our waitress did not bring us back the original bill so we had to ask for it again. Upon examination, the pre tip total was in fact the after tip total. Straight up deceptive billing practice. When this was brought to our waitress' attention, she met the info with a bored shrug. TLDR: Food is unremarkable, service bad, billing deceptive."

"A gyro in Watertown, but not just a gyro, it is a spit roasted, sliced lamb meat gyro. The portions are good size, the flavor is amazing, the tzatziki sauce is creamy and flavorful, the pita bread was soft and the vegetables are fresh. Amazing local restaurant that will hopefully be here to stay!"

Suren/owner helped us organize and he is amazing to deal with, and always ensured we are all ok and made everything run so smoothly! Thank you so much. We recommend this place!
