"I recently move to Florida, so I'm trying out local spots that I have available to me. I stumbled upon the shop and I must say the young man working at the front are patient and I appreciated their recommendations being that I was trying to understand the menu. I have to say this is hands-down the best smoothie I have had since 2014 when I myself used to work at a smoothie shop as an undergrad! Thanks I will definitely be back! Highly recommend the Greek yogurt mango pineapple smoothie!! (Sorry I drank it before I got a chance for a pic) PS; the restaurant is very clean!"

"I would have given 1 star, but the customer service is decent. as stated in an earlier review, the employees must be trained to make the smoothies the right way. they use water because some of the smoothies are so thick, but I don't want my smoothie to be watery. it can be faster and more convenient for them than the worker to pour, but I'm tired of having made it again, just being disappointed. I gave all the chances I could give. it is obvious that it is simply not made directly at the exchange Blvd location. the sad part is that this load is the next, so I have to go out of my way to get a smoothie king."

"Just before work in this place. First day I ordered in the app and my drink was ready until I was there. The next day I came to Zach (the fantastic guy in the morning) reminded me with name and has such a positive energy he spends! I work in customer service and this guy Zach is the man!"

"I visited this location and when I approached the drive thru I actually had to get the worker's attention in order to provide my order. There were two cars in front of me. Fifteen minutes passed and I was still line. How long does it take to make a smoothie. Do not visit this location. It is poorly operated. Please read previous reviews. This is a pattern."

"The smoothies are fine, but staff are slow and disorganized. 5 minute wait to order even when there's no line, and the employees were joking about how often they mix up orders. Not sure I'd try to order ahead after hearing that."

"We love Smoothie King but this location in Tomball is so bad. The customer service is awful. We drove up, the lobby was empty and there was no in line ahead of us. She asked us what we wanted in the drive through, and as we started out order she said “wait” then came and said “what do you want?” We placed our order and she said “what” twice. We finally get that situated and we pull up to the window and the guy says “you had one or two?” We watched for five whole minutes as the two employees joked around pushing each other. Then they started our shakes. In total, we were there for 25 minutes for 2 of the same shakes. Awful. Never coming back to this location."
