"Great customer service. The staff is friendly and efficient. I had a problem with a reward, and they were very gracious and ready to help. We tried the Chia Banana smoothie with strawberry. Very delicious! In general, Tropical Smoothie's food is overpriced (too few portions for what you pay), but this place must be one of the better!"

"Let me start by saying my wife and I were born and raised in south Texas, so you get an idea of the kind of BBQ I like... My wife and I shared a half rack of dry rub ribs, half a pound of brisket, four tamales, a side salad (for my wife) and potato salad (for me). My daughter got the kids ribs and fries. The ribs were fantastic, we all liked them! The tamales and brisket were mediocre at best, but that's coming from a Texan so your mileage may vary. I liked my potato salad a lot, but it wasn't amazing. Our waitress was great and very attentive. I highly recommend the ribs!"
