"We all went to the family dinner on a Friday night and I ordered the rump med/rare with chips and salat. the steak was so overcooked and chewing. salat was also limited, but the steakries, where well cooked."

"Booked table for two, seated at table for eight right at doorway.Decided on r Fisherman's platter (basket), figured it would be safe. Dreadful, bordering on inedible.Fish was supposed to be Flathead, tasted like dried cardboard. Chips were the only good part of the meal. Think the odd shaped thing was a prawn, but dried and flattened to tasteless papier mache object. Staff couldn't find the salt and pepper, anywhere. For the second time in my travels (and I am local) my wife and I paid for a half uneaten meal and left disappointed. Definitely avoid this place, go to a fish and chip shop, there are none we could recommend in the area. Strange that only twice in the past 50 years, travelling world, we have found a meal to be so tasteless or unpleasant that we left without finishing, the other place? Surfers Paradise in 2005"
