"J'ai découvert ce restaurant au cours d'un de mes nombreux séjours à Reims et c'est maintenant avec grand plaisir que j'y retourne, dès que j'en ai la moindre opportunité. J'y ai toujours mangé frais et varié. Les vins sont par ailleurs excellents. Je n'e suis jamais sortie déçue. Le point fort de ce restaurant est véritablement son rapport qualité/prix! Par ailleurs à cheval sur la propreté, ce restaurant l'est indéniablement."

"I went to shinzen with a friend and we're used to Asian restaurants. We've been planning this lifetime release of the excellent reputation of the shinzen. the same one that can defect him. Indeed, we may be waiting for more of the restaurant and being disappointed. The meal was however good and the quality of the products is excellent. There is a good value for money, but the value for money is not present for all dishes.Although this, I recommend shinzen for the quality of its products and its soothing frame."

"We tested this restaurant discovered by chance. Very fond of Caribbean cuisine, we were hoping to taste some specialties such as chatrou or sausage rougail. The waiter announces that he doesn't know these specialties and advises us the chicken Colombo. After a planter and a ti punch served as a kit (rhum, sugar stuck in a ramequin and the can of a liter of green lemon juice! We'd like to see some muds, but there was no more... We then followed the advice of the server that brought us excellent acras. The dish then comes, cold, it must be warmed... My husband orders a glass of red wine: iced and turned! We're trying to get bananas torn... The waiter first announces that there are no more bananas, then the cook (who has removed his apron for 1/2 hour tells us that he does not know how to make the bananas flambées.... We are gone completely spiteed! What a shame because there is no other Caribbean restaurant on Reims."

"Disappointed today. Mushrooms have a taste of water. The pasta smells too much pear. The modified card gives rise to a limited choice. Nems chicken fades. Too much rice for sushi. Chicken skewers very thin and fat."

"Come with my daughter for her five years. A warm welcome awaits us. We're entering the sumptuous room. I order a 1999 volnay. The dishes combine with masterful harmony. My daughter discovers new flavors and the chef prepares her a pure potato to fall on the ground. The dessert is a real fireworks. Thanks for that moment that reminds me why I'm working so hard. Bravo!"

"Visited La Brasserie du Boulingrin once before in June and it was so good back than I had to come back this year while visiting Reims. Again LBdB lived up to the hype! Great food, nice setting, attentive staff and fairly prized. Make sure...to place a reservation in advance! Can recommend!"
