"TERRIBLE service and very unprofessional staff and security guard. I was kicked out of the place because I did not have my actual ID whereas I had copies of my passport and ID showing I am They said I can’t drink so I sat there with friends WITHOUT drinking. After mins, they come and KICK ME OUT of the place saying that after no one can sit inside without an ID. I was sitting there harmless and not drinking anything with friends who had to stop drinking, even though their glasses were still full, and leave because of the unprofessionalism of the staff. I and my friends are NEVER visiting that place again."

"Totally amazing food. They get 5 stars. The service they had 3 people, but they asked if we wanted our garlic bread with food which was ordered to be paired and they said they would bring it out together. They didn't. So it was cold by the time we got our main course. Otherwise everything was amazing. The music was great and the servers were very nice :"

"Visited here in need of a lunchtime burrito fix. Ordered a chicken burrito. The amount of meat was ridiculously small, a common problem in a lot of London lunchtime places lately. The Burrito itself was stuffed with loads of the cheaper ingredients, but the meat was very paltry (no pun intended! The spicy sauce was good, it had a real kick to it. One member of the staff was particularly kind and friendly, even asking how I was. But the others were very rushed, even though there was no queue when I visited. And now on to the kicker the cost. Burrito with chicken and guacamole and a bottle of water £9.85!!! Jeez, someone is making a lot of money here. I was just left disappointed, and won't be returning!"

"Comfortable pub. Strange to find the customers queuing rather than standing at the bar. Maybe I got in behind some tourists. The Abbot Ale tasted off, but it was replaced by good IPA without fuss. Good foreign staff."

"What an amazing place!! The quality of food is definitely above average for a pub, the service is great (esp Cuba and Ella!, and there are many TVs. We only visited about a week, but we found ourselves here several times because it was just so good. Very recommended!!"

"Only one person serving on a Monday evening? Others waiting over 15 minutes to pay. My order was taken quickly enough, and my drinks arrived pretty speedily but 20+ minutes later there’s still no sign of my food (ribs)."
