"We've been going to Cardinal Spirits since they opened- this is the first time we've been back since the pandemic.Service was extremely slow, we ordered the bread service (I think they went Kroger and got five slices of bread), butter and some jelly. Jelly was so tart it was almost inedible. We waited almost 20 min for the bread.They were out of pumpkin pancakes so had the classic and French toast. The food was ridiculously overpriced. The 20% auto-gratuity pushed it over the edge- if we'd had good service, I'd be more than happy to give more than that- we've already decided we won't be going back."

"I had to order a pizza this morning, but when I came there an hour later, they ran back. It's boss's week and they had many orders to work. They gave me my pizza for free because I could wait. The staff here is always friendly and friendly. I just wanted to thank everyone."

"First the people who work here are so nice and add the DELICIOUS food. I had many dishes last year. standouts are the tater dead hot dish two sorts (similarly ground bark.) yum. the buffalo chicken salad is delicious perfect balance between spicy, brownish, tasty. Yesterday I tried the bbq chicken flatbread, which I can highly recommend. it's a flatbread with BBQ sauce, then huh, cheese and a little cilantro up (if you want it) I want to get it again today! the grilled cheese sandwiches are great I suggest to go with the wheat (multigrain) brot so delicious. it is a little jewel of a place and they are sure to find something they will enjoy."

"Pizza did not arrive at our business. All 3 employees we spoke to were outragously rude. The text message we got said the pizza had been returned to the store and to contact the store. Was accused of trying to get free pizza whwn we didn't ask for this...just trying to resolve the issue. Really unprofessional staff that were accusatory and yelling right from the beginning of the conversation. They hung up on us.Terrible experience all the way around!"

"I don’t think they are a fan of black peoples. Every time I order some food, they always give me small portions. I ordered a carne asada burrito and it was barely anything wrapped in the tortilla. Won’t be spending anymore hard earned money here. If you are a black person, check your order before you leave and I guarantee you will see exactly what I’m talking about"
