"Not very kid friendly. But I should have known that when we came in and there were more people at the bar than the entire restaurant. Took awhile for anyone to show up to the hostess station to even be seated. I decided not to eat. My oldest child liked her bacon cheese burger. My youngest wouldn't eat the mac n cheese. Clumpy like it was in a pan all day. The building was nice and very clean."

"Smokin' okies took care of the 2nd annual brewfest at harn homestead last night. the chopped brisket was tender and damp, the smoked 1/2hun had a nice smokey taste and fell from the bone. the potato casrole was much better than I expected; it can be the best I ever tasted. green beans cooked w/ speck and wobble? . I am trying to go today in the film district to their truck."

"Soggiest non-smoky BBQ chicken sandwich I've ever had. Ribs had absolutely no smoke flavor. They must've taken a short cut this day and smoked their BBQ meat with no smoke.....humph!"

"Horrible skip and hit other restaurants in the area. Tried this place twice. Each time the rice tasted old and stale. Last time I had the Generals Chicken which was ok, this time the Garlic Fried Chicken Wings which were burnt and flavorless. Horrible choice when I could've gone to Lemongrass or GreatWallEdmond (location by Wal Mart on Danforth)."

"They're a hit and miss restaurant. The fries and lemonade are Always delicious. The burgers are the Best half the time, and the service is excellent half the time. That means the other times we went, the service was extremely slow and they messed things up (ringing up wrong items, bringing us the wrong check, not placing the order correctly, and half the time the burgers are off, or lacking flavor. Strange that it's not consistent, but when they're ON, they're the best burgers in the area. We love the Philly cheese steak burger, Macaroni burger, and Butler burger. You can get bottomless flat or curly fries, and they're served in the mini fry basket-Love it! We recommend the Straw melon and Gummy bear lemonade, but all the ones we've tasted are good. They also have a sampler where you can try different lemonades, or each refill of lemonade is $1 and you can request a different kind on the refill. The staff is mostly college aged kids, and they usually try hard with the service, but sometimes they get caught up socializing and that seems to be when the most mistakes occur. If they can get more consistent, they'd be 5 stars, easily."
