"Worst customer service EVER! Ordered delivery off the Wingstop app… wait an hour and get a call from DoorDash saying my order was given to the wrong driver and I needed to call the store to get it sorted. I called 10 times and NEVER got anyone to answer the phone. Call again the next morning and am told I have to call DoorDash to get them to initiate my refund. Call them and spend 30 minutes while they call the corporate office and “open a case”. That was on Monday and here it is Thursday and I still have yet to receive a refund for the food I never got. Trying to call the store again today and it just rings and rings."

"The restaurant is very nice and everything, but the food seems to be reserved for a long time, the rice tastes like reheated rice and is doughy. I bought a fried fish that, apart from the fact that it was raw inside, was also very bitter and had no taste, it seemed like it was bad, the girl at the counter is a little rude, she is asked to put the food to go and she brings things so that you can do it yourself there at the table in front of everyone, and very rudely, when in better restaurants people help you by giving you takeaway food and without any kind of disgust. If she sees the food with disgust, what image can one have of her food. By the way, the food is so expensive because for 2 or 3 people it costs up to $100 in nothing, and I'm not saying that because of the money but because of the amount."
