"Visited in December 2017; table for 2 only one more table was used, but the service was anxious. we had to stand practically both poor and wave to win the attention of the male female waiters who were ignored by the bar diners....They forgot the water, they didn't let us know why the food was coming so long. I then wanted to check it, but they closed for the renovation shortly after, so I thought I would keep that judgement. So today (4th januar 2018) I revisited for a ride. I had 25 minutes on my parking lot, but had no luck getting a parking lot. if a court will take more that 15 20 minutes, maybe they should let them know? I chose a dish that seemed to have an optional tomato sauce. from the waitress I ordered the court, but without the sauce, since it is something I can't eat. When I escaped home, I saw that unfortunately the tomato sauce was key to the dish and the meat (still hard after 25 minutes cooking was invaded in it. I was also given the tears I didn't eat. I flushed the meat in cold water and microwaved it to heat it. the price was £13 on the Takeaway menu! I have a photo attached 2 takeaway tablets look out for the bright orange plate. cannot remember the name of the teller, but it is the most expensive on the menu. the meat is served on a bed chopped brot, which unfortunately was shown for me in tomato sauce, looked revolting! I have seen how people chopped brot stack into a bowl of heinz tomatensuppe as a comfort food, so I think that could be a Turkish comfort food! I have eaten during the Christmas season at 3 excellent Turkish restaurants in central london and I love eating that they are really practical when they have a few vegetarians in their party. this failed in the service, a complete lack of communication and the time to cook the food without being predetermined. please talk to their customers to make sure they order something they can actually eat! if they don't request tomato sauce and the court they order has 1/2 liter of it, maybe let them know?"
