"Got a couple of pies here (the chicken kiev and the butter chicken) and was super impressed. Super tasty fillings and lovely crispy pastry to boot. Oven fresh too. Best pie shops we've tried in a while."

"I used to love this place. Id have given it five stars for sure. New staff just isnt the same. The pulled meats weren't really pulled and were just big chunks. They don't smoke the meats as long as they used to, if it's even really smoked now. It's just not as good. They had like 6 sauces they'd bring out to you, and we got 2 this recent time.Granted, it's still good food, just not as much worth the price. There are still good beers and a clean, cool atmosphere. I will go here again, but I'm not going to expect punch in the face delicious food. But who knows maybe the new staff will find their groove like many do and that will change."

"Rooms were a dated, bathroom was tiny but the shower was huge? Shower head dripped all night long. Had to ring reception a couple of times for items that weren't in the room that should've been (e.g. cutlery, wine glasses, sanitary bags) and the receptionist sighed and had attitude. Location was good for public transport to the cbd but still not the best suburb, felt a bit unsafe at night and not a great deal around in terms of bars or nice restaurants."

"This place is my hidden jem. Compare to other Cafe quantaty is very good everything is fresh. I had fed fully on cold and hungry morning. I also enjoyed thier coffee as well. Always want to go back 2B1B."

"Ordered a beer on tap. The girl who served me was really nice. I said to the girl that the beer tasted flat. She got the manager (after I said, I wanted a different beer on tap). Not quite sure why that was necessary. I told the same thing to the manager. Who then gave me a lecture of how the keg was changed at ‘2pm’. After I explained I wanted something different. He said “there is nothing wrong with it” and just walked away, no resolution. He was very condescending borderline smart arse. Came across very passive aggressive. Very poor management skills."
