"Not bad food. But the devil is in the details. Smoked turkey: tender and juicy, great! Pulled pork: tender but dry. Required sauce. Baked beans: way too much cumin, unless they change the name to cumin beans I would not recommend. Fries: serviceable crinkle cut standard edition fries. Fried green beans: yummy! Service: not very welcoming; I approached the counter to order, no hello, no words, just a blank and unhappy counterpersonstaring at me, waiting for me to speak. By the way the place was not busy when I ordered, about 2 parties in the dining area. I would eat there again only to try their brisket(they were out on my visit) and some of their other sides. Overall: OK, not great, not bad, but not living up to the hype in reviews. Maybe it was just Monday and they were having a slow day. Who knows."

"Number one: service was extremely slow. Number two: Afro ethnic music, playing really loudly, and, despite the fact that I told the associate three times I could not hear her talking to me, no one offered to turn the music down. Also, who wants to sit in a barbecue restaurant and listen to African music? Number three: they were out of jalapeño cheddar sausage, but didn 't tell me until after waiting approximately seven minutes into my order. Number four: they had no ice tea. Number five I was not asked if I wanted to dine in or carry out. They just put all my food in a bag. When I asked, if there was no dining in, she told me sure we can put your stuff on a tray . Shouldn 't that be a question that is asked when my food is either ordered or ready to be served? Number six: no utensils were available, and I had to ask for them. Number seven: they charge $2.99 for a cup of WATER. It has been several years since I have been to this Dickey 's restaurant. I will not be going back. And, as of the time I am writing this review, I haven 't even tasted the food yet. If it does not live up to what I have come to expect from a Dickey 's BBQ, I will re-edit this review . Edit: the brisket and pulled pork were marginal at best c"

"I like to have a coffee at this place and spend some time to read a book or hand out with a friend. The food is always fresh and yummy. The only problem is that Panera’s brewed coffee, most of the times is not hot! It’s not this branch’s problem, all of them are like this."
