"Freaking delicious! I completely forgot to take pictures of the food I ordered because I started digging in. The mac is out of this world good. So was the chicken. The wife even said the women's restroom was cute lol."

"Had a beef brisket sandwich and a side of slaw. The sandwich was good and the slaw was excellent. I am glad to see BBQ return to the Marquette area. I am looking forward to trying the Carolina pulled pork sandwich and update my review. In comparison with with food truck market, I would say wild blue is a little bit pricy for what you get compared to other food trucks. Perhaps including a side would balance that out. Or use a bigger bun with a bit more meat for what is charged. Update May 2016: finally tried the Carolina sandwich. It was good, but not to die for (like Johnny Dogs in Munising, which is to die for). I really am supportive of local food trucks (including Wild Blue), but to be honest the sandwiches at Wild Blue are a bit over priced. I think you get a bit more from the other food trucks and restaurants in the area. I think an artisan bun and larger portion or side dish would help. My friends that have tried Wild Blue agree. I hope they can take the suggestions as constructive."

"It was busy in the restaurant, but the bartender from the Taproom was passing, and kindly made room for us in there. I had the burger with bacon, fried onion and BBQ sauce. It was outstanding. I also had the lemon, chicken quinoa soup. Fantastic. There were seven of us and not a bad meal in the group. We also had the nacho appetizer. Everyone loved them. The bartender/server was working hard, fast with our service and very nice. I would go back here in a heartbeat, and absolutely reccomend the Iron Bay Tap Room."
