"Order honey garlic chicken and pork fried rice. The best I've ever tried. Had it for a group of friends who visited Monterey CA and hadn't left anyone, everyone went back for more. Now my family visited and took her to her, and the same thing happens to love his food. The owner is so nice and friendly and very respectful"

"Never ever come to this restaurant, we came on Sunday, for 3 peoples, the portion is so litte. We done but not event have enough food for the price that we pay. JIN BBQ need to be proposianal we came for 3 people is like 1 portion meals. Onnce again never try. Go to other BBQ place. When the server bring the foods, we asked is that for us, for portion for 3 people. The server said yes and I totally sock. Very very little and $120 I pay. Very disappointed"

"It was a nice dinner option after a long working day. However, the place shows its age. The stand I had was torn and torn, but otherwise the seats and tables were great. The food now had a wide selection and variety of foods, especially many chicken options. My favorite is probably the hot and spicy chicken. My usual favorite when visiting other facilities would be the Lao Mang, but it was not so fresh at that time. There were also some other things that were not exactly fresh but still amazing. I would recommend this to the families from 3 to 6 and if you are not loud, because the atmosphere is of course a calm and weeping or sue is very disturbing. It's also a little cheaper than another usual I would go as a bonus. And I give you a good 4.3 stars"

"We love the Gumbo it?s delicious! The seafood gumbo and the chicken with sausage are my favorites! Even the catfish! We like the casual and friendly mood and of course the LIVE BLUES music!! The servers are all very friendly and nice. There is a small bar and TVs with sport! I wish we were living closer to this place."

"From the moment we opened our truck door we were pleasantly surprised! Reggae music welcomed us and beckoned us in. When we entered the ambiance was nice and the smells of great island food had us wanting to try everything. The workers there were all pleasant and knowledgeable. I went with the sweet potato fries, Hawaiian teriyaki bowl with rice, grilled chicken, Hawaiian teriyaki sauce, carrots and zucchini, and pineapple Upside-downcake. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever tasted and the sauce, OMG, I could brink that by the gallon. The chicken and rice were cooked perfectly and the sauce had just the right amount of balance between sweet and tang. Next time I'm not getting the carrots, they were rough on my gums, that was not anything they did, the carrots had a great crunch and yummy taste. With my strick diet, they were able to make it the way I needed. I let the nice young woman know that I would most likely be taking half home (I only got the half size and I was full only 1/4 way through) and when she brought the food to the table it already had the lid with it. When I was ordering the dessert she asked if I wanted brought out towards the end of the meal. I said yes and she brought it out at just the right time. The cake was so moist. The pineapple and sauce complimented each other wonderfully. We will definitely be going back soon!!"

"The barbacoa is so tender and juicy, the best you ever have. the cabeza and chicharron tacos are one must try. the consomé is a garbanzo soup with lamb omg so good! the green salsa is sharp! Unfortunately, the young girls working forward offer a terrible customer service. they do not try to communicate when there is a question on the order. when they ask, they can be met with an evil attitude. the restaurant does not answer her phone."
