"A warm and welcoming atmosphere. not loud, we called a weekday during school holidays and did not notice children. the staff was very friendly and helpful. no separate vegan menu, no vegan mayonnaise, vegan options clearly marked on the menu. beyond burger was amazeballs. had to pay for BBQ sauce as this was the only vegan sauce that was laid on my burger. not specified 5* due to limited options for vegans. jacket potato/burger /pizza. eating was hot and tasty like. would definitely visit again. updated by previous review on 2021-08-16"

"I visited here for the first time last year and had what my partner referred to as 'The best burger in town '. We revisited last week and had a completely different experience. Firstly the menu had dramatically changed and there was no sign of the once wacky (and well loved! burgers that they used to do. I went for a shredded duck dish and when it arrived I was so disappointed the portion size (for a £10 meal was shocking. There were 2 wraps filled with shredded duck that were about as big as the palms of my hand (and I don 't have big hands! And then 2 small spring rolls with a sprinkling of prawn crackers on the side. I really wouldn 't be surprised if they were freezer microwave ones because I 've had something identical tasting out of Tesco 's party food freezer section! I understand that you pay more for duck but this really was a let down. We also went at lunch time on a Saturday and the music was so loud and way too lively for midday. We ain 't a city! Definitely won 't be heading back here anytime soon."

"I love the breakfast at this cafe. Although the portion size isn't huge the food itself is delicious. Whenever we visit Cleethorpes we always call in. However on the past three occasions the staff have been decidedly rude. Whilst deciding what to have from the...breakfast menu at the counter we were asked are you having anything or not In a very rude manner. The second occasion our food was literally thrown onto the table without the waitress asking who's was who's and with no toast forthcoming. The last time we visited was Armed Forces Weekend. Once again, no toast and a rude comment from the kitchen staff when we didn't hear the order number called. Also, I would expect a cafe to provide toilet facilities which they don't. Unfortunately , due to all these factors we will not be going there any more."

"I never really ate there. had ice cream in the summer was very good. but I have heard amazing food from other people eating there. they said eating was delicious. hopefully one day, I will taste it. they don't live so far away so that the fingers crossed soon. hopefully this was helpful for others"

"We had bbq spare ribs, prawn toast, spring rolls and special chow mein, it was all lovely , tasted fresh and was nice and hot with plenty of taste to it. service was good and polite, the place was clean, we placed the order on their website and was very straight forward and the food was ready when it said it would be, we was very happy with our meal!"
