"I 've never written a review on Trip Advisor, but after this experience I am compelled to do so. Reading other reviews on the place I note our awful experience is echoed by many others. Please read the poor reviews to watch a pattern emerging. Initially our drinks order was completely wrong, followed by 6 mistakes on our food order (3 dishes never arrived . After being ignored 3 times by the waiter I went up to explain the order was wrong, to which I was told to sit down and it was all now OK. After waiting 10 more minutes we managed to attract the attention of another partilularly rough looking waiter who came across. We explaimed the mistakes on the order and that our children 's food still hadn 't arrived, nor several other dishes. We explained that of the 5 dishes delivered in 45 minutes, one was wrong and never ordered and the others still hadn 't arrived. He asked why then had we began eating it? to which we explained we had tried a number of times to attract the waiters attention to explain the error, and on the third attempt, we took a few pieces of ham off the plate (c.10% . He then aggresively asked where are you from? We answered (UK, South Africa and New Zealand , to which he replied I thought you were Russian or from Britain as people from those countries are the worst! We decided, following these comments to cut our losses and leave and on paying the bill at the exit, they still tried to over charge us and told us it was our fault that the order was wrong because the writing on the menu was so small and we were pointing to what we wanted (untrue one of our party ordered in French and they never confirmed the order with us . On leaving, the waiter who asked which country we came from shouted for the whole restaurant to hear never come back here, you aren 't welcome. This is a long review but I wanted to describe the whole event. At one point I expected I was being filmed on Candid Camera and that it was all a joke, but alas, no. This spot is run by arrogant, racist, aggressive bullies. It 's a pity because the views are great, but I guess they can mess those up..."
