"We paid 1200.00 for a double barrel grill we had to completely refinish. The paint bubbled all over inside and out with visible rust. We are not satisfied with the quality of the grill we received. We are terribly disappointed with all of the extra work we had to put into redoing the grill. We ordered this grill with a pick up date of November 2020 but after the COVID shut down we didn't pick it up until January. We feel the paint should have been completed many days before we arrived since you asked us to let you know a week prior to coming there to pick it up, which we did. When we got there you were still adding screws to the grill. You told us you usually paint the grills 4 days prior to pick and you had ours painted only 2 days prior to pick up. We got the grill home excited to use it. We grilled placed the meat on the top shelves and the meat fell into the bottom tray in the pit. Your people should have measured the sizes better so that would not happen. They were too small. The welding was not up to par either. Yes, you sent us new ones but that is beside the point. Yes you gave me money back $100) and money to go to home depot for the paint , etc... but why should I have to go through all of that when the grill should have been completed correctly in the first place? There should have been ventilation between the grills so allow better smoking to occur between the barrels. We didn't get the quality grill we expected for the amount of money we spent. We drove all the way down to San Diego, 1000 miles up and back expecting a top notch product and we didn't get that. If it wasn't so far, take so much time we would bring it back and get our money back. Very disappointed customers!!"
