"The line was almost as long as some of the rides, but at least they show clips of Simpson on all the walls. We ordered three Krusty burgers, orange juices, and an iced tea.The food was ready almost instantly despite the massive throughput of people. The burgers were ok with plenty of fresh lettuce, but you could tell they'd been made a bit in advance and waiting. The fries were lukewarm but ok too.This is obviously overpriced theme park fare, but by that standard it was a decently tasting and filling meal."

"One of the better places to dine at Universal. My family of 5 ordered the Great Feast and it was enough for us! It had roasted chicks and reserve ribs, and the vegetables that came with it was super fresh and delicious! Something I would do myself at home. I always feel that when a restaurant tries to make the vegetables right, the rest of the meal should be good. And that was it! The family enjoyed it even though the chicken was something on the dry side. The price was fair for what you get. And if you want some adult drinks, they have some beer options. The food took a while. Since my son is in a wheelchair, they asked that he first went to a table while one of us ordered food. It worked because we found an electric exit at the table to load his chair while we waited. For dessert we have butterberry ice cream. It tasted like vanilla. I say skip it."

"Ordered a milk tea and a steamed bun thru Doordash. I had a text message that it has been delivered, but my order never arrrived. I tried to reorder five times but this store keeps cancelling my order. I called them about the issue and was told that I’m not allowed to reorder again. Just rude!!!! Can’t even explain why I can’t reorder again."

"Food quality tastiness okay. Taco prices were okay. Breakfast plates and the rest of the menu items are pricey. The service not the best, the waitress was unwelcoming and not attentive. She took our order and never checked to see how we were doing. Another staff member brought the order out to us. At end, I ordered some cookies from their pastry counter and they charged the cookies as something else $2.06 each cookie. I order a kid size lemonade and they charged me $2.99 for it, had I known I would've ordered the regular size. Not the best experience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
