"I regret to say that my recent experience at Taco Bell via the drive-thru was disappointing, to say the least. The Crunchwrap Supreme I ordered was as hard as a rock and shockingly cold, as if it had been neglected for hours. Additionally, the three tacos I purchased were dreadfully stale, making them nearly inedible. Moreover, the worker at the drive-thru window appeared to be quite young and lacked basic manners or respect for customers. Despite my repeated expressions of gratitude, they remained silent, failing to acknowledge even the simplest form of courtesy. Overall, this visit left much to be desired. This dismal experience has solidified my decision not to return to this Taco Bell establishment. Furthermore, I am compelled to report these unsatisfactory conditions to the appropriate authorities. Such poor quality of food and lack of customer service simply cannot go unaddressed."

"My hot dog was legit gray. Tasted horrible. Owner was rude because we were the only ones in there and on the “wrong side” to order. Son’s cheeseburger was so greasy the bottom bun turned into legit mush. 2 chicken fingers basket, buffalo tenders and fries and hot dog and fries was $65.00!!!!!!! ???"

"I hadn't planned on eating at Emily's today, in fact, I didn't know it existed. I was actually trying to make a repeat visit to my new favorite African restaurant across the street and they were closed for the day. I didn't want to leave the neighborhood on an empty stomach so I looked across the street and there was Emily's with her sandwich board on the sidewalk and vibrant signage. I ordered 2 tacos pastor and an asada tostado. They were all piled full of meat. The $2 tacos had the traditional cilantro and chopped onions on double stacked tortillas, while the tostado had a good layer of beans on a crispy fried tortilla. With a small mountain of lettuce, crema and powdered cheese, the tostado was a $3 masterpiece. green and red sauce were provided. My only complaint is that there is not a sauce condiment bar like most taco shops provide. Emily's is another great taco option in the Northeast neighborhood of KC that also serves as a paleteria (ice cream, fruit juices..."
