Famous Dave's -b-que (to Go Only)

What Gregsky likes about Famous Dave's -b-que (to Go Only):
Recently stopped in for some BBQ after getting redirected to KC on my way to Omaha. I sat at the bar and watched the ball game. Service was fast and friendly. I tried the 3-meat lunch combo, with beef brisket, sausage, and ribs. Food was hot and tasty, but not the BEST BBQ I've ever had. Very good, though. Sides (beans and corn bread) were also very good. All of the meat was soo overcooked and dry, we could barely eat it. It was embarrassing. Crazy to see many people with this same issue. You guys need a whole new kitchen or just close down and replace with a Jack Stacks. View all feedback.
