"Amazing. I was traveling in Canada, and I was craving authentic latin food, one of my favorites are pupusas. I went to the national park in Leamington and saw the restaurant's sign. Then, I went in and ordered 2 pupusas de queso and 1 horchata. This place has one of the best pupusas I've ever had (including in Central America). I've always believed that pupusas need good cabbage (curtido) and this place has it. I can't wait to visit again.P.S. For those who complain that the service is slow, you have to understand that they make it by hand (it's fresh), so it's obviously going to take a while. It's worth it."

"I live right beside I just hop fence and walk by timmies. Very good food always amazing espically chubby chicken burger. They should think of making beans, then it would be 10/10"

"Although they have a pretty big menu with a lot of great choices, I decided to see why they call themselves a Ribhouse. It was lunchtime so I only ordered a half rack with fries which includes homemade coke slaw and baked beans.The coleslaw was fresh and delicious, not the creamy type. The baked beans were delicious swimming in their own sweet BBQ sauce concoction.Now the main event were the ribs. I ordered them dry with their Cajun rub as suggested by a friend. WOW. The meat was tender fell off the bone (so cliche but true) and not chewy. The rub was extremely flavourful, not too spicy but just enough kick to keep me awake for the rest of the work day. The atmosphere is pretty good and the staff is very friendly. The food came out fast too, which gave me time to grab a quick coffee before going back to work. Definitely going back."

"Today is Friday Nov, I have been driving by this particular location in my home town of Leamington for a few months now and have noticed that this particular restaurant has somehow outlasted several other Mexican cuisine establishments by far. Some only stayed...open for a matter of a few weeks before closing. I read a couple of reviews from non Tripadvisor web sites that gave the place out of stars. Now after reviewing hundreds of restaurants I find everyone of reviews being stars a little suspicious so a personal visit was in order. First of all there is no parking available other than hard to get street parking within a city block. The inside of the restaurant is clean but somewhat very worn. The three person staff were very pleased to see me (probably because there were only two other customers there at the time) as well as being very polite. Now the specialty of the house is something called Arepas which is also part of the name of the restaurant. Now an Arepasis a cross between a pita and a large hamburg bun. The major difference is that the Arepas are made up from scratch only when they are ordered. I ordered one stuffed with pulled beef and cheese. There is also a choice of pork and or chicken. My order was a combo that came with fries and a soft drink. My first time Arepas was very good and it came hot and tasty with a light crunchy crust on top and bottom. Each order comes with plastic squeeze bottles of sauces from creamy garlic to two semi hot ones. Now I know I only gave the place three stars out of five but I always look at the entire picture of each restaurant I visit. Location, cleanliness, overall opinion about the staff, seating, etc, etc. Food does come into the picture but I have eaten at many places that had closed shortly after opening because the missed on a few of these things I look for. Would I go back to this place. PROBABLY YES."

"We drove from Windsor because we wanted some good Mexican food, and this was recommended to us. The food was SO GOOD! Lots of flavour and authentic. Way better than anything we ever had in Mexican Town in Detroit best Mexican food we ever had. We had chicken enchilada, chicken fajita, steak taco and a quesadilla. All good! We will be back for sure!"

"Visited for dinner august 2022. family in possession. the inner is clean, spacious and modern. beautiful bar. eat amazing. all fresh ingredients prepared by carcasses. all meals can be changed to their taste. I am vegetarian and owner offered to make every meal vegetarian for me. she said her family is from the area of maya in mexiko and they use many recipes from her grandmother. great service and the meal was a great part and delicious! there are many Mexican options in leamington, but I highly recommend it to try this!"

"After a horrendous experience at "The Mexican Restaurant and Taco House", We found this place next to a small grocery store that specializes in Mexican products. On our next visit to Leamington, We were not disappointed. The restaurant is family owned and the Food is great. Service is above average. They have Tortillas and often Tamales ready to go. Prices are very affordable and portions nicely sized.We have marked this as one of our places to visit if we want decent Mexican Food."
