"A wonderful old building turned into a fabulous venue. Charming ,warm and inviting. I ordered a local favorite, Carne Asada, on taco Tuesday (they were very busy I loved every bite. Kiss the cook delicious. I had a “special” cocktail (half the liquor with Pomelo as the main ingredient. The tartness perfectly complimented the richness of the Carne Asada dish. I also ordered the loaded nachos with brisket. That will be my meal next time I’m in Rochester. It was perfect.. the brisket was tender and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend this trendy homey restaurant. It’s a great vibe with great food. The staff was also very good and entertaining. Rob , the waiter, offered up advice for sight seeing and general information for taking in the best places to go. (Homemade chips and salsa offered at table..Very good !!"

"Decided to give it an attempt, since rizzis was closed. the service was good, but eating was terrible. I commanded the Caribbean charred squid and it was very dirty. no spice or taste at all. the rice was not freshly frozen and the vegetables looked like it had been shimmered throughout the day in heated water after the thawing. I would still try, but maybe something simple like a burger or a simple truthahnclub."

"I might be too obsessed with taco bell because i go here way to much, but, this is the best taco bell around. I have a weird order and they never mess it up where a lot of other places do. the customer service is always great and I don’t have any complaints!"

"The food is just wonderful. The sauce reminds me how my grandmother did it. You can even taste the wine in the sauce... wonderful. The meatballs, greens and beans are excellent. My favorite is pork on the bone slowly boiled in red sauce. Lasagna is also good and the main rib is roasted and grilled. Price list for a family and children of all ages."

"Cooler lighthouse built in 1822. One of only two lighthouses still operating on the southern shores of Lake Ontario. You can go up with a guide to see the lens yourself. It costs a few dollars a person. There is also a small museum. Beautiful view of the port of Rochester. Tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Be ready to climb steps. There is a spiral staircase and then a short ladder up. It's hot up there on sunny days."
