"One of the few BBQ points i'd give 5 stars to on here. The beef short rib was VERY GOOD. Always good drinks from the bartender and the deserts are bangin. Get there early because they will run out of the short ribs."

"The place that changed my life!. I visited the small comfortable restaurant one day looking for some real soul food. Soon as I walked in I notice women serving food that looked as if they dedicate their life to their work. Then I saw a clean cut guy that helped serve, greet, and clean. I need the hospitality was here because I noticed it between the workers. As the line became shorter and I got closer to the food, it was looked like my grandma 's cooking! I couldn 't wait to sit down and eat what Walter him self served me! He said, ' have a seat and enjoy as if he knew that it was my first time in his establishment. The taste was equal to the hospitality! I gave it a ten thumbs up!!! I made that my every sunday spot, until I moved to Florida! But I just haven 't been able to find a soul food restaurant like it ever since! I just wanted to let Mr. Walter know that I thank him for my life changing experience and now every other soul food restaurant will be held up to your standards! Thanks once again!"

"Local Three provides indoor and outdoor seating, they serve Creature Comforts on tap, and the food is great. My wife got the burnt ends, which are taking something similar to bbq and elevating it! I had the burger and fries, which were also good. The validate parking in the garage, too. Recommend!"

"There's a long list that didn't go well. We sat at the bar and had first taken care of a bartender. But then she was busy and we had no one. We sat at a table in the main restaurant and the service was good. But then the food wasn't. Two meals with steak where we asked for average rate, and it was rare (always still cool to touch outside), and had to go back. But at the top of the temptation they were super salty. And the others at our table who had the birria tacos thought they were really embarrassing. All said would not recommend, good not back"
