"We needed help getting a friend's electric wheelchair into the trunk, which was too heavy for three of us alone. The manager and one other worker came out and helped us lift it; we couldn't have done it without them. Wonderful place and wonderful people! Thank you so much!"

"Decided to stop by last sat Oct 16 2021 for some lunch here before we went to the movies. Nice lil atmosphere with tv's, dim lights with black ceiling, plenty of booths and waitresses. when you walk in take out to the left and hostess on right. They do have a drive thru as well. We stood there for a few secs looking at the hostesses and then one of them seated us at the table. Our waitress was very nice. We both got the 16.99 sampler of chicken, ribs, pulled pork, toast with two sides and a big glass of water with lemon. Also got the eggroll appetizers with extra sauce. They were delicious and filling. They have bbq, mustard, sizzlin, etc. sauces on table to try on your food, salt, pepper and paper towels. Looked and smelled great. My chicken was good but husbands was a bit dry. Pulled pork not much flavor by itself but good with the sauces. Ribs we both loved and were tender. Toast was good but didn't like how they placed the bowl of green beans on top of toast. Just didn't seem sanitary to me, but understood that they prob didn't know where to place the toast on the full plate. Mac n cheese great. Green beans were bright green and good. Had a taste of onions and butter in it. It did bother me not 4 mins later after we got our food the waitress comes up and places our check on the table and says no rush. Even though it did bother me a bit cuz I didn't see anyone else with a check on there table like that.. still felt rushed, but still I let it go cuz she was a nice waitress And she kept checking on us every 5 mins it seemed like. But when it came down to us ready to pay my husband had to wave her to get her attention. Other people around us seemed to enjoy their meals as we did. We might visit again and like to try other meals on the menu."

"Usually go to the original location on Beach boulevard. Consistent food and appreciate the sides that are sometimes available as proteins rather than carbs. Pricing is reasonable and server help is great. Have been here for years and years and continue to come back."

"Absolutely delicious BBQ! I recommend the pulled pork and the ribs with dry rub. The fried okra, potato salad, and coleslaw are excellent, too. Wash it down with their giant (32 oz. with refills) fresh brewed iced tea or Arnold Palmer. The meals are so big that you?ll likely get to take the leftovers home. Cheryl was our server. She came to the table with smiles, hospitality, and menu recommendations. Just a sweet gal. As we were leaving she gave us another giant soft drink in a to go cup. Not my first time or my last at this casual restaurant. Highly recommend Sonny?s BBQ!"

"Great place for southern BBQ and blues. Prices are in line with the quality and quantity of the menu items. The bar is large and has ample inventory. While I've never met the owner personally, I know several folks who have nothing but positive things to say about him. This is one of several locations. Being a home-smoker of any meats I can get my hands on, I enjoy comparing the flavors from Mojo's to my personal creations."

"First visit everything was amazing. The Ribs and chicken were both tender. My Husband got the pork sandwich, it was huge. Disappointed they were out of Banana Pudding, but that’s just another reason to come back. Prices are good Spent a total of $77 with tip for four people. Will definitely return."
