"Recently dined in a couple of highly rated restaurants in Vancouver --- including TripAdvisor's current #1. However the surprise winner was the unpretentious Ho Yuen Kee.Large fresh-from-the-tank lobster cooked to perfection on top of a hefty serving of sticky rice saturated by the drippings of the succulent crustacean. Couldn't get any better than that. We ordered 3 other dishes, 2 were standouts, but the lobster dish is really worth writing home about. Writing this makes me want to go back pronto --- alas, it's 13 hours flight away!Waitress Cherry was efficient. Price was reasonable. Place needs a bit of scrubbing."

"It is an authentic Chinese food in the ubc campus. very friendly and quick service. affordable prices, especially when they come in the evening. after 18 clock they give special discount and serve are really big! large selection, approx. 20 courts for choice. Fried pork, ginger beef and lemon chicken are decent. good value for money."
