"Falafel Island is my favorite lunch spot! It's a huge plate of delicious food for less than $10 in The Loop--you can't beat that. It's sometimes a little busy, but the line moves fast. Update as of July 2018: Still five stars. The quality of the food is better than it was, and the new management is doing great. It seems there are still a couple of service issues that are being worked through, but overall still a delicious lunch at a great price."

"Easily one of the best breakfast spots in Chicago! The wife and I had the Breakfast Sandwich, with Sausage, spilt the Olive Oil Cake, which had some vanilla frosting and lavender buds, as well as a beef burek slice, a vanilla latte and a cortado. Everything tasted perfect, everything came out really quickly and we were so happy that we came across this place. Parking is relatively easy to get and people are pretty quick to eat and keep it moving, so seating isn't too difficult to come by."
