"I ordered a pan pizza with Ground beef, the pizza was uncooked, it had an awful taste, and had no ground beef, I called to complain about it, and the manager never called me back , this was total ripoff, I will never order there, very poor attention from their management even though I directly told them my order was not handled properly."

"Everyone told me to try the pizza in Chicago. This is the pizza in Chicago and I couldn't have been more impressed. This was the absolute best pizza I've ever had. I will probably have dreams about it in the future and will always come back when I visit Chicago. Anytime I think or hear of Chicago, I will immediately think of Lou Malnatis. "They have really good food but I don’t think they value returning/loyal customers as much we’ve been going to them since they opened the first day and they wouldn’t even give a small cup of sauce with the order. even when I told them they used to give it for free for us day 1. It’s a small cup of sauce jheeez we’ve been ordering food from them once a week easily. But food is good just don’t expect A+ customer service.Edit 03/09/2023I’ve attached a picture of their chicken 65 pizza. We asked for half of that and half cheese. They put one piece of chicken 65 on each slice. Just one. And their Philly cheese steak had almost 90% mushroom and 10% steak. I understand with prices rising stuff happens, but the price of the food items has also increased so I’m not sure why the price is up but the amount of chicken/ steak has gone down completely. Really disappointed because we’ve been customers from day 1."
