"We opted for the evening formule.. quite a basic fare of grilled ham with fries, but a tasty crème brulee. Service was really slow however we had to wait a long time for someone to come and collect our food order and there could probably do with more staff. The atmosphere is lovely though, right by the Cathedral, with comfortable seating and a relaxed environment."

"Ignore the yellow plastic chairs and Formica tables it's the food the French go there for. The restaurant was filled with French couples and groups all enjoying the great food and relaxed atmosphere. The service was quick without being over powering with the staff watching the customers not their mobile phones. There is a simple menu so everything is cooked from scratch and a decent wine list. We had a great time, enjoyed the excellent food and wine surrounded by French diners doing the same thing."

"We used to go to La Chandelle until it changed hands but we tried Au Colibri as it was open on Sunday. Well worth a visit. Good food and great value. 50 Euro for salad, galette, desert, coffee and 2 beers each for 2 people. We managed very easily with our restaurant French and the ambience was good."

"Great restaurant. The reception is very professional, the very nice servers and despite a full room they took the time to advise us. Two great dishes, the afgan soup and especially the lamb kabili, a tender meat, with taste, exceptional dish!"

"I came here twice on my recent French trip, first on a Friday evening, when there were sufficient waiting staff, and secondly on a Monday when there was only one waiter and service extremely slow.On both occasions I had a different pizza, plus a pitcher of house wine, good value at 20 Euro all in. Well cooked and presented, also a carafe of water.On Mondays not much else was open, which explains why they were so busy, but they needed more staff."
