"Brisket is extremely bland, hard for a slowly boiled meat and greasy. Pulled pig was on the oily side, but quite tasteful. this special sauce tastes like a regular fountain BBQ sauce. good amount of food for price mixed bbq plate with potato salad or shiny is nothing special, but would not buy again. try them big smoke at mt gravatt marketta on Saturday, if they like bbq, these youngs just nail it every time!"

"Went to this place for breakfast with the little one, was little hard to find bit got there in the end. Located at the gabba, plenty of parking out front.<br/ <br/ With a small menu, decided on the croque madame, latte and 2 baby cinos. The croque madame is basically nice ham between 2 pieces of toast add an egg on top, finished with a side salad. Order and pay at the counter, staff were very friendly.<br/ <br/ This place has a good feel to it, was busy for such an early morning. You know it is good if cyclists are drinking coffee after their rides.<br/ <br/ The meal was decent size for the price, it was ok, not tbe best. Daughter made a mess by spilling her cini all over the table, i went to ask for some napkins and the staff quickly went to clean the mess. It was very nice of him, he was like Don't worry about it,<br/ <br/ Would we go back? One day to show the wife."

"The $15 steak & prawn lunch special is great value. The meat/prawns, side salad & chips are all plentiful, & of a good quality. I've been back on multiple occasions. Today was as consistent as ever .<br>
I've tried a few other things on the menu, some, good, & some just barely 'ok'.<br>
Service can be a little hit or miss depending on who you get / mood. I usually go on a Sunday .... you think you'd be stoked (slightly more enthusiastic) about getting big $ on hospitality penalty rates to look after a relatively quiet restaurant.<br>
A few drinks & a couple of friends is the way to make the most of this place."

"The belly burger was delicious. Maybe it's not worth going all the way to eat street, but the pig booze was beautiful and tender with a crispy skin. the apfelslawe really went well with it and gave him a refreshing kick. it was warned that the Chipotle sauce was spicy, but it was about as sharp as sweet chili sauce. the bungalow was quite average."

"An eye fillet steak meal was nicely decorated, but it was the worst meat I've ever seen, it wouldn't have even fed my dog! I have my care with the waiter who spoke to the cook to confirm that it was the right kind of meat. I was still not satisfied and asked me to talk to the manager, I was made to wait half an hour before he came out of that time, they had put the record down. I then put this on the service with the manager who said he could not help me with my complaint, not even a refund or another meal bad customer service this afternoon."

"Love my Saturday morning roesti just as much as anybody else. These ones come with great combos. If you get there early enough, you can buy jars of the peasant sauce to take home (salivating at the thought of it). <br>

The eggs are usually pretty great, the extras are cheap - you make make it as healthy or loaded as you like... thats it... I'm getting one tomorrow morning.<br>

Edit: the rockin rocket is my new favourite. That salsa verde is wowsers good! Tried the new milton markets this morning- they were OK- rocklea seem to load you up a bit more"
