"For time the cotswolds visited this weekning to my birthday and was recommended to huffkins for afternoon tea. it was not disappointing- fantastic eating, and really welcoming and friendly! sarah the manager was really nice to chat and went out of her way to give us excellent service! I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends when they return to sussex!"

"Service was very good, food and drinks were great. I loved the lemon sicilian tart with icecream and the cocktails were perfect. Had a lot to choose from on the menus. A lovely atmosphere and nice interior inside the restaurant, will come here again. Me and my family had a fantastic time as it was for mine and my uncles birthdays."

"We have eaten at this pub often before and had a good experience, but our latest meal was very disappointing. The swordfish was ok, but the panzanella salad was ordinary at best the bread was practically inedible it was so chewy. My husband’s burger chips were average no side salad etc. The food alone was £40 a lot for such a mediocre meal lacking in finesse. There are lots of good pubs in the area we’ll go somewhere else next time."

"Beautiful country pub serving good honest pub food. Great portion sizes at a good price. This is clearly a pub for the locals but you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Friendly staff who even opened the kitchen 30 minutes early to accommodate our toddler when we didn’t even ask. The added bonus of an outside dining area and a skittles alley which our three year old loved. Would definitely visit again."

"Nice outdoor seating and tasty coffee and cakes. Let down by strange service set up, we only ordered coffee and cake. The coffee arrived promptly but no sign of our cakes. When I asked, I was told by 2 members of staff just sat around that there were other orders ahead of mine. Why neither of them can be trusted to put 2 pre sliced cakes on plates is beyond me."
