"We had a reservation for 11 am on a Saturday to celebrate Mother’s Day. I was not greeted by the hostesses and they just opened. They looked confused and I think they didn’t know what they were doing on some computer used for seating. That was the only negative part. After we were seated we enjoyed a great meal with awesome service. Miles was our server. The menu was not updated and I asked for another option. He suggested the lasagna, it was great! The lasagna was $18, I took 1/2 home. I wish they would allow the lunch, half portion menu all weekend. We ended our meal with tiramisu and the hot cake! I gave 4 stars because of the front staff and menu options."

"I have been a regular at this place for a very long time and enjoy the food here. Today I watched the kitchen employee making my pizza take their phone out of their pocket use it, proceed to touch vegetables, pull their phone back out of their phone continue to use it, and finally take my pizza out of the oven, cut it, and it was brought to me. In the entire time the employee didn?t even attempt to wash their hands, of course I kindly and quietly let the manager know, but instead of addressing this right away, he decided to go back to what he was doing. We are in a time where food handlers need to be as sanitary as possible. I?m disappointed that this well known establishment is not making sanitation and priority when you have an open kitchen."

"I rated the Bottle with stars. Our waitress stated lobster as one of the specials so that's what I ordered. What I was given was royal red shrimp. I was also given the wrong wine and although they did bring me the correct wine when I brought the mistake to their attention, we were charged for both wines"

"I had an ordered an appetizer that instead of coming out as an appetizer, came with my meal. The waiter was very nice and our service from him was good. I was a bit unhappy that I had made reservations through the app and mentioned it was a birthday dinner. I requested a special dessert with a happy birthday and it was never mentioned once. Just weird that youâd ask, but then not acknowledge the information."

"I have previously noticed the Flight Plan restaurant driving down Carl T. Jones drive. I am more sure what I expected, but the visit was a delightful experience. The flight of wine was excellent. There are a number of choices to fit almost any taste. I opted for the variety pack which was a selection of four different wines. The wines were placed on a sheet in an order that identified the wine and something about each wine. There was a crafted delivery made of wood that fit the placemat perfectly. It was a nice touch. Moreover, the two flights of wine we tried this evening were both excellent. While I thought the wine tasting would be good, I was not sure about the food choices. As it turned out, there were plenty of good choices. This evening, we had an empanada and scallops?two small dishes that the two of us split and enjoyed with the wine tasting. The folks at the restaurant were very friendly, informative and very good at providing an excellent experience."
